The Nokia and Windows 7 Mango Interface Campaign for Nokia Lumia

Microsoft and Nokia have been working on the advertising of the Nokia Lumia running Windows Phone 7.5 OS (Mango). Last November 28, 2011, Deadmau5 and Nokia collaborated in celebrating the launching of Nokia Lumia by using the world’s most advanced projection technology (4D) in creating an amazing free light show at Millbank Tower, London.

When I watched the video, it was so amazing and very realistic. Also, Microsoft is offering the Windows 7 experience on iOS and Android users on their phone via a Windows Phone Emulator. It won’t affect the operating system of your mobile phone; all you have to do is to visit this link to check out the demo. The demo lets you swipe through the Windows Phone in Mango interface. It will let you browse through photos, contacts, messages and even call. So if you’re planning of buying a Nokia Lumia but you’re thing twice, try out the demo first and see it for yourself.

Dell Venue Pro Now Available This Holiday Season

Dell has just announced their very own Windows Phone 7 naming it Dell Venue Pro previously called Dell Lightning. This handset carries a 4.1 inch of WVGA AMOLED multi-touch display using Gorilla Glass with a full qwerty portrait keypad. Photos can easily be uploaded to social networking sites. What I heard is that it has a dedicated Xbox Live application for the Xbox Live players. This handset would be soon available in U.S. this holiday season via T-Mobile.

Nokia and Microsoft's Alliance

Nokia and Microsoft will have a teleconference on August 12, 2009. Nobody knows what's with the conference but it has said over the Internet that they will be having a tie up. Featured speakers are Stephen Elop, President of Microsoft's Business Division and Kai Öistämö, Nokia's EVP for Devices. Its not really certain if its a Nokia phone with a Windows OS. Nokia will then be supporting three different OSs. Rumor says Nokia will be partnering with Intel to build a notebook or a tablet. Thinking that if these two companies will tie up with Microsoft, then that's gonna be a badass Windows 7 powered tablet/netbook. Lets just wait for the announcement of "The Giants" soon!
