Smart Bro promises a 12Mpbs on its new Rocket Plug-It. This dongle picks up 4G signal and runs HSPA+ technology. Normal rates is still applied (P10 for 30minutes). This dongle will be available in Smart Wireless Centers located nationwide. Keep in mind that 4G is only available in major cities in the Philippines so do not expect a full blast 12Mpbs on your download rate.
