Five users of Facebook, an online social-networking website, accused and filed a lawsuit against them as a data-mining den and not delivering its promise to give users a strict control on the data they upload on their profile. Facebook was founded by Mark Zuckerberg last 2004. The website's main purpose is to let users stay connected to their college friends as they part ways after graduating to their degree. Registrants must be 13years old and above but the thing is that they don't have a reliable tool to confirm that the person is putting his right age. Members of Facebook has an option to choose who can view their profile, pictures stories, notes, etc. Terms of Service of the website has been repeteadly revised.
