Banana or Saging (in tagalong) : The healthiest fruit in the world!



There’s a saying that “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.” That’s totally wrong. What’s newis “Two bananas a day keep the doctor away.” There have been a lot of researches proving that banana is the healthiest and is really good in our body.







One banana contains 100 grams: Calories: 88 calories, Vitamin A: 430 I.U., Vitamin B: Thiamine .04 mg., Vitamin C: 10 mg., Calcium: 8 mg., Iron: 6 mg., Phosphorus: 28 mg., Potassium: 260 mg., Carbohydrates: 23 grams, and Protein: 1.2 mg.
Benefits of eating banana:


1. Stomach – Banana has its own antacid called phospholid  that can prevent from ulcer and or good for those who have ulcer. Banana contains flavonoid that can heal wounds in our stomach.

2. Heart – Banana has potassium and vitamins that is very good in heart. Especially if you have maintenance for your heart, add up 2 banana’s a day.


3. Multivitamin — as what have been mentioned above, Banan is like a multi vitamin because it has vitamin A, B, C, Calcium, Iron, and Potassium. If you eat 2 bananas a day, you can Have It All like Edu Manzano and Feel Complete like Piolo Pascual in a cheaper way!

Bwehehe. I just had few bottle of beers. I think that's it for today then another set of bottles for tomorrow.Haha. :D I was just wondering if we can use banana for "pulutan". Haha.

Banana is an effective fruit in terms of potassium, amino acid which are very much helpful for healthy living. Beside that it is also beneficial in reducing strokes also acts as digestive ingredients.
